Pleximo is designed to work without an account and to keep your property information on your device.
Data we collect
Pleximo does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Data stored on your device
Information you enter — including property details, income, expenses, mortgage terms, and scenarios — is stored locally in the app on your device. Calculated results are produced from those local inputs.
Exports and sharing
When you choose to export a tax summary or share a deal snapshot, Pleximo creates the requested text or CSV file and opens your device's share sheet. Pleximo does not send this information to its own servers.
Any information you choose to share is then handled by the application or service you select.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Pleximo's data practices change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
